Deck framing includes the structural aspects of a deck.
Our home deck replacement company will build a solid foundation for your deck based on your specifications.
If you’ve always wanted a more extensive home deck or one that makes better use of your backyard space, reframing your deck gives you the option of a new deck blueprint.
Plus, a better deck foundation means a better deck.
MAINTENANCE FREE AND COMPOSITE DECKING
Composite decking is your solution if you want a deck railing that will last a lifetime without much maintenance. However, wood deck railing is one of the most popular options.
This highly popular decking style uses products like vinyl to make for a polish-free, sand-free, and paint-free decking option.
Compared to wooden decks, which need to be maintained every few years, we strongly recommend this decking option.
Superior Materials, Expert Craftsmanship
While they generally require more maintenance, wood decking has an aesthetic that just can’t be beaten.
Our deck replacement team can build a deck out of the wood you choose, so you get the stain and finish that you want.

We can install traditional fastening systems, or you can opt for a hidden fastening system that hides nails and screws from sight.
Whatever option you choose, Champion Exteriors can get the job done.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a typical deck cost?
There really isn't a "typical" deck. Every customer has a different idea or vision for how they want their deck to look. Every deck is different depending on design, square footage, features, etc. Wondering about the cost of building a deck? We will help you choose exactly the right deck for your budget and maximum outdoor enjoyment.
How can I make my deck look different than a typical deck?
Unlike other deck companies or home supply retailers, Champion Exteriors never uses stock deck designs. Every deck is custom designed and tailored to your unique needs and desires. You can also choose from a variety of design details, including different deck shapes and patterns, inlays, unique railing styles including copper, illumination for the evening, etc.
How long will Champion Exteriors be on site?
Based on the size of your deck, an average project may take anywhere from a few days to 2 weeks. Larger projects may take longer.
Do you do free estimates?
Of course! Estimates are always free. We will NEVER charge to come to take a look at your home, and our sales reps can guarantee an honest estimate.
Do you sell preventative maintenance packages?
Of course, a preventative maintenance package from Champion Exteriors is the best way to avoid costly repairs and get peace of mind for your new deck. Each package is custom built to what your home needs, without charging for the services you don't. With your subscription, we will perform preventative maintenance service twice a year. If you'd like to learn more, give us a call or learn more by visiting our residential preventative maintenance page.
How do I care for my deck after it's installed?
Shortly after your wood deck is built (30 days in summer, longer in cooler months), you will need to seal the deck with a high-quality wood sealer. This can also provide a finish with color for the deck since the stain and sealer are the same color. After that, we recommend staining and sealing your deck on an annual basis. While you could do this yourself, we recommend checking out our residential preventative maintenance page to learn how we can do it for you!
